If you're looking for any service that Lumin offers, I do recommend getting it at Lumin vs. somewhere else. The staff are friendly and welcoming immediately when you enter. They offer anything possible to make your visit more safe and comfortable for you. They're also VERY responsive to answering their phones or returning voicemails or emails. I've been at other therapy centers and have had very different experiences. This is the only place I've been where every box is checked: friendly, safe, comfortable, and responsive.

Lumin Health is a welcome addition to the community of healthcare and mental health providers at TradeCenter 128 in Woburn. The Lumin team has thoughtfully designed its space to be warm, comfortable, and inviting. The location overlooks the building atrium and is just off the elevator and parking garage, making it super convenient for patients. Sherri Crowley, LICSW, who leads Lumin’s clinical outreach efforts, has done a wonderful job connecting with other local therapists and mental health providers. When it first opened, Lumin hosted an open house to introduce the team and provide tours of the space. It’s clear the professionals at Lumin genuinely care about their patients, as well as building relationships and being part of the broader mental health community.

I have been having treatments at the Newton location of Lumin Health for about a year. Each session is fantastic, they really take care of you when you are there. The bedside manner is another fantastic element of their employees.

My mental health journey has been filled with ups and downs, but my time and experience at Lumin has been one of the experiences I’m so thankful for. The treatment and the amazing staff there have helped me take leaps and bound on my journey far faster than I ever thought possible. If anyone’s seriously considering Ketamine treatment this is a place I would recommend with all my heart.

All the Lumin staff are amazing! I've had numerous sessions, and never had a bad experience. Each team member is very warm and caring. They respond to any concerns and questions with care. And, I love that they are always open to feedback. I'd highly recommend Lumin to anyone interested or in need of alternatives to traditional forms of treatment that are not working!

Lumen is absolutely incredible!!! Dr. Itani and all Staff are some of the most caring Mental Health professionals I have met. I have been going through some major mental health issues for over ten years now and do to some health issues that cause absorption issues traditional mental health meds did not work for me and I had all but given up. I was aware of Ketamine Therapy before going to Lumen but had never researched it. After an Injury last November where I had to be rescued by EMS they gave me Ketamine in the ambulance and then again once I was at the Emergency Room for pain control. Not only did this work for the acute injury but I felt clear headed and "normal" for the first time in a long time and the effects lasted for a few weeks. I discussed this with my therapist as well as all my other health professionals and did my own research and found Lumin. The intake was simple and could tell that this was a new way of treating mental health that seemed to click with me. Although my Insurance would not cover Ketamine specifically they did approve Spravado and I have been doing treatments for the last 4 months. I have never felt better and more comfortable in a clinic setting than I have at Lumen and this is the way mental health meds should make you feel (I had tried a lot over the years). With this new found blue sky mind and continued therapy sessions I am finally starting to get ahold of things and have not felt this good in a really long time. Thank You Dr. Itani and all Staff, you all have been instrumental in helping me find myself again. I highly recommend Lumin to anyone who may relate.

My experience at Lumin and Ketamine therapy has been amazing. I knew nothing about Ketamine treatment and after my first phone call I learned so much and soon decided to proceed. The staff who guided me through my treatments were so kind and helpful. I always felt safe and comfortable. Ketamine therapy for me has been the most effective treatment of my depression and anxiety I have ever tried. Years of different meds plus TMS have masked my symptoms and eventually stopped helping. The Ketamine experience for me is like a deep meditation that provides me with great perspective, all the while lifting my depression and anxiety. I started Ketamine treatment at an extremely stressful and hard time in my life and it absolutely helped. I cannot speak enough of how much I would recommend Ketamine and more over Lumin Health.

Lumin is about healing! When standard mental health care numbs us- ketamine regrows synapses in the brain. I’ve never felt more supported by a provider before. Diane, Jonah & Kerry really care about their patients. This is a top notch place. One million stars!

I was a bit anxious on my way into Lumin Health before my first session. Once I arrived the anxiety quickly subsided when I met Kerry "Nurse Happiness" Parsons. I couldn't of been more comforted and put at ease. She is lovely and someone that TRULY cares about what she does and exudes a very holistic approach to wellness . She was integral in shifting my whole experience from any of the initial anxiety to me being absolutely calm, open and ready to allow the healing that this experience has done to happen.

Highly recommended if you’ve struggled with depression and nothing seems to help. The staff are dedicated to your care and want to support you. They have a nice office in Newton Centre that’s very comfortable. Spravato, the nasal spray form of ketamine, can now be covered by insurance. There’s no reason not to call and see if it might be helpful for you.
